What the Public Tracking Page Is
The Public Shipment Tracking Page allows anyone with a tracking reference or link to view the current status of a shipment.
Key characteristics:

Uses the same tracking data as the internal system
Admin Control (Important)
The Public Tracking Page is controlled by Admin settings.
Admins can:

Enable or disable public tracking

Control when tracking becomes visible

Ensure only appropriate shipment data is exposed
If public tracking is disabled, shipment information is visible only in the customer portal and internal views.
How Public Tracking Works

A shipment is created and processed by staff

Tracking updates are recorded through status changes

A public tracking link or reference becomes available

External users can view shipment progress using the public page

What Information Is Displayed
The Public Tracking Page may display:

To display the tracking page in the customer portal, go to Logistic -> Settings -> Tracking Page -> check the checkbox in front of “Enable Tracking Page” and upload tracking page background -> click Save
Once “Enable Tracking Page” is activated, the Tracking link will be displayed and you can copy it.
In the customer portal, tracking page is also displayed as below, click on this menu to go to the corresponding page.
On the tracking page, you can check the transactions for shipping and package. After you have the results, copy the URL of the tracking transaction and paste it into the email or SMS content to be sent.
