What the Shipping Policies Page Is

The Shipping Policies Page is a customer-facing information page that displays logistics-related policies defined by the logistics company.

It may include:

  • Shipping terms and conditions

  • Delivery timelines

  • Handling rules

  • Refund or exception notes

  • General service information

This page is informational only and does not affect system calculations or workflows.


Admin Control (Important)

The Shipping Policies Page is managed by Admins.

Admins can:

  • Define the policy content

  • Update or revise policies

  • Control visibility to customers

Changes to shipping policies:

  • Apply immediately to viewers

  • Do not affect existing invoices or shipments retroactively


Where Customers See Shipping Policies

Customers may access the Shipping Policies Page from:

  • The customer portal

  • Shipment or tracking pages (if linked)

  • Public-facing areas (depending on configuration)

Policies are displayed in read-only mode.


What Shipping Policies Do NOT Do

To enter content for this page: Login to Admin portal -> Logistic -> Settings -> Default Shipping Info -> Enter content in Shipping Policies -> click Save
