HR Records Data Reset
Purpose
The HR Records Data Reset function is used to remove operational data from selected HR Records modules while preserving core configuration and employee master data.
This feature is typically used when administrators need to clear historical HR process records without affecting system settings, employee profiles, organizational structures, or other shared information used throughout the system.
Create
Not applicable.
The Data Reset function is a system utility and does not require creating records.
Edit
Not applicable.
The Data Reset function does not support editing records.
Delete
When the Data Reset function is executed, selected HR Records data will be permanently removed from the system.
Data That Will Be Deleted
The following module data will be removed:

Onboarding
-
Training
-
Contracts
-
Q&A
-
Dependants
-
Layoff Checklist
-
Reports
All records associated with these modules will be permanently deleted.
Data That Will Be Preserved
The following information will remain unchanged:
Settings Data
All configuration data created within the HR Records Settings area will be retained.
Job Descriptions
Job Description records will not be deleted because they are shared and used by other modules within the system.
Organization Chart
Organization Chart data will remain available and unaffected by the reset process.
HR Records
Employee master records and HR profile information will be preserved because they serve as the core employee database and are used by multiple HR functions.
Export
Not applicable.
Administrators are encouraged to export or back up important information before performing a data reset.
Important Notes

Data deletion performed by the Data Reset function is permanent.

All HR Records settings and configurations are retained.

Employee master data stored in HR Records is not affected.

Job Descriptions remain available because they are shared with other modules, including Recruitment and employee management processes.

Organization Chart information is preserved to maintain organizational structure data.

Historical onboarding, training, contract, dependant, layoff, Q&A, and report records will be removed.

It is recommended to perform a system backup before executing any data reset operation.

Only authorized administrators should perform data reset activities.
