Purpose of the Recruitment Dashboard
The Recruitment Dashboard provides a quick overview of all recruitment activities in the organization.
It helps HR teams and administrators monitor hiring progress without opening individual records.
The dashboard is used for tracking and planning, not for performing recruitment actions.
Information Shown on the Dashboard
The dashboard displays key recruitment indicators, including:

Total Recruitment Campaigns
Total number of campaigns created. -
Campaigns in Progress
Campaigns that are currently active and accepting or processing applications. -
Planned Campaigns
Campaigns that are created but not yet active. -
Completed Campaigns
Campaigns that have finished their recruitment cycle.
These indicators reflect the overall status of recruitment activities.
How to Use the Dashboard
You can use the recruitment dashboard to:

For detailed actions such as managing candidates, scheduling interviews, or editing campaigns, navigate to the relevant recruitment section.
Access Control

Only users with View (Global) permission can see all recruitment data on the dashboard.

Users with limited permissions may see restricted information based on their access level.
Important Notes

The dashboard does not allow editing or creation of records.

All data shown is based on existing recruitment plans and campaigns.

Dashboard values update automatically as recruitment records change.
