This article explains how HR users configure and manage Recruitment Channels in the Thulo RecruitEdge – Recruitment Management Module.
Recruitment Channels define how candidates apply for job openings and help track the source of each application.

What Recruitment Channels Are Used For
Recruitment Channels are used to:

Create application sources for recruitment campaigns

Collect candidate information through forms
-
Track where candidates are coming from
-
Manage internal and external hiring sources
Each channel represents one method of candidate intake.

Once configured, Recruitment Channels are used in:

Channels apply across all campaigns where they are enabled.
How To Create a Recruitment Channel

Go to Recruitment → Recruitment Channels
-
Click New Channel
-
Enter the Channel Name (example: Career Portal, Internal Referral)

Select the Language
-
Assign the Responsible User
-
Configure the Application Form Fields
-
Enable or disable Notifications if required
-
Click Save
The recruitment channel becomes available for campaign use.

Recruitment channel is used when creating the campaign.
Create Recruitment channel
- Step 1. Go to Recruitment channels menu under Recruitment module from the left sidebar -> click New button.
- Step 4. In the Add Recruitment channel page, fill tin the following details:
1. Enter the Form name
2. Select the Form type is Form
3. Select the Status: Application, Potential, Interview, Passed Interview, Send Offer, Elect, Non-Elect, Unanswered, Transferred, Preliminary selection pass. It is the displayed status of the candidate when applying for a job position such as a new candidate, potential, passed an interview, etc.
4. Select the Responsible person
5. Select the Language: for validation message
6. Enter the Submit button text
7. Enter the Message to show after the form is successfully submitted
8. Check Notify when new candidates to send a notification to the Person In Charge, Staff members with roles or Responsible person.
9. Go to Form builder and drag a field from the right to this area - Step 5. Click Save button
Edit Recruitment channels
- Step 1. Go to Recruitment channels menu under Recruitment module from the left sidebar
- Step 2. Select the Recruitment channel need to be edited and click Edit
- Step 3. Make the necessary changes and click Save button.
Delete Recruitment channels
- Step 1. Select the Recruitment channels menu -> Select the recruitment channel need to be deleted and click Delete button.
- Step 2. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The recruitment channel will be deleted.
Recruitment channels Detail
Select the recruitment channel and click View button.
- Form Info will display a link containing the previously designed Form Template.
- Total CV received will be changed when a candidate Apply to the recruitment form, then the field will be increased. Provided that the Form must be attached to the campaign. Only candidates who apply through that campaign will be counted.
Duplicate Recruitment channel
Duplicate function is used to copy the original Recruitment channel data information to form a new data line with the same form as the original form.
- Step 1. Select the recruitment channel need to be duplicated and click Duplicate button.
- Step 2. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The recruitment channel will be duplicated.
