OKR Tree Grid View

Purpose

The OKR Tree Grid View provides a hierarchical visualization of OKRs and their relationships. This view helps users understand how Company, Department, and Personal OKRs are aligned throughout the organization and how objectives are connected through parent-child relationships.

The Tree Grid View is especially useful for strategic planning, alignment reviews, and monitoring organizational goal structures.

View

To access the Tree Grid View:

Step 1

Navigate to OKRs within the OKR Module from the left sidebar.

Step 2

Click Switch to Tree Grid.

The system displays OKRs in a hierarchical tree structure.

Tree Structure

The Tree Grid View displays relationships between:

• Company OKRs

• Department OKRs

• Personal OKRs

• Parent OKRs

• Child OKRs

• Parent Key Results

• Linked Objectives

Users can expand and collapse nodes to navigate through different levels of the OKR hierarchy.

Workflow Rules

OKR Alignment

• Parent OKRs appear at higher levels of the hierarchy.

• Child OKRs are displayed beneath their corresponding parent OKRs.

• Relationships between objectives are visualized through the tree structure.

• Users can quickly identify how individual and departmental objectives contribute to larger organizational goals.

Visibility Rules

• Public OKRs are displayed with their complete details according to user permissions.

• Private OKRs are protected from unauthorized access.

Private OKRs

When a Private OKR appears within the hierarchy:

• The system displays a lock icon.

• Detailed information about the OKR is hidden.

• Objective details, Key Results, progress information, and other related data are not displayed.

• Only authorized users can access the full details of the Private OKR.

The Tree Grid View is synchronized with:

• The Tree Grid View is a visual representation of OKR alignment and hierarchy.

• Changes made to OKRs are reflected automatically in the tree structure.

• Private OKRs always display a lock icon when viewed by unauthorized users.

• The Tree Grid View helps organizations track strategic alignment across Company, Department, and Personal OKRs.

• Visibility of OKR information remains subject to user permissions and OKR display settings.
