Evaluation Criteria

Purpose

The Evaluation Criteria screen allows administrators to define scoring criteria used during OKR evaluations and check-in assessments. These criteria provide a standardized framework for measuring progress, performance, confidence levels, or other evaluation metrics within the OKR process.

Evaluation criteria are organized using Group Criteria classifications. Currently, only the Check-In group is used within the Check-In Detail page. Additional groups, Acknowledge and Other Feedback, are reserved for future functionality.


Create

To create a new evaluation criterion:

Step 1

Navigate to Settings within the OKR Module from the left sidebar menu.

Step 2

Select Evaluation Criteria and click the Add button.

Step 3

Complete the required information:

  1. Select the Group Criteria as Check-In.

  2. Enter the Name of the evaluation criterion.

  3. Enter the associated Score.

Step 4

Click Save to create the evaluation criterion.

The new criterion will become available for use within OKR check-ins.


View

The Evaluation Criteria list displays all configured evaluation criteria.

Users can view:

  • Group Criteria

  • Criterion Name

  • Score Value

  • Creation Details

  • Last Updated Information


Edit

To modify an existing evaluation criterion:

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Evaluation Criteria within the OKR module.

Step 2

Locate the evaluation criterion to be updated and click Edit.

Step 3

Make the required changes.

Step 4

Click Save to apply the changes.

The updated criterion will be available immediately throughout applicable OKR processes.


Delete

To remove an evaluation criterion:

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Evaluation Criteria within the OKR module.

Step 2

Locate the evaluation criterion to be removed and click Delete.

Step 3

Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.

The selected evaluation criterion will be permanently deleted from the system.


Field Descriptions

Field Description
Group Criteria Defines the category to which the evaluation criterion belongs. Available options are Check-In, Acknowledge, and Other Feedback.
Name The descriptive name of the evaluation criterion.
Score The numerical score assigned to the evaluation criterion.

Workflow Rules

  • Evaluation criteria are categorized using Group Criteria.

  • The Check-In group is currently used within the Check-In Detail page.

  • The Acknowledge and Other Feedback groups are available for future system enhancements and are not currently used in OKR check-ins.

  • Multiple evaluation criteria can be created under the same group.

  • Evaluation criteria provide standardized scoring options during assessment and review processes.

  • Changes made to evaluation criteria affect future evaluations where the criteria are used.


Calculations

Scoring Rules

  • Each evaluation criterion is assigned a predefined score value.

  • The score associated with the selected criterion is used during the evaluation process.

  • Score values are configured manually by administrators when creating or editing evaluation criteria.


Synchronization

Evaluation criteria data is synchronized with:

  • OKR Check-Ins

  • Progress Reviews

  • Performance Assessments

  • Dashboards

  • Reports

  • Future Acknowledgement Workflows

  • Future Feedback Management Workflows


Permissions

Permission Description
View Allows users to view evaluation criteria.
Create Allows users to create new evaluation criteria.
Edit Allows users to modify existing evaluation criteria.
Delete Allows users to remove evaluation criteria.

Important Notes

  • The Group Criteria field supports three options: Check-In, Acknowledge, and Other Feedback.

  • Currently, only evaluation criteria assigned to the Check-In group are utilized within the OKR module.

  • The Acknowledge and Other Feedback groups are reserved for future functionality.

  • Score values should be defined according to the organization's evaluation framework.

  • Administrators should maintain consistent scoring standards to ensure reliable performance assessments and reporting.
