Units
Purpose
The Units screen allows administrators to create and manage measurement units used within Key Results. Units provide context for tracking progress and target values, ensuring that Key Results are measured consistently across the organization.
Examples of units may include Percentage (%), Number, Hours, Days, Revenue, Customers, Leads, Projects, or any other custom measurement used for OKR tracking.
Units created in this screen are available when creating or editing Key Results within OKRs.
Create
To create a new unit:
Step 1
Navigate to Settings within the OKR Module from the left sidebar menu.
Step 2
Select Unit and click the Add button.
Step 3
Enter the unit name.
Step 4
Click Save to create the unit.
The newly created unit will become available when defining Key Results.
View
The Unit list displays all configured measurement units available within the OKR module.
Users can view:

-
Last Updated Information
Edit
To modify an existing unit:
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Unit within the OKR module.
Step 2
Locate the unit to be updated and click Edit.
Step 3
Make the required changes.
Step 4
Click Save to apply the changes.
The updated unit will be available throughout the OKR module.
Delete
To remove a unit:
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Unit within the OKR module.
Step 2
Locate the unit to be removed and click Delete.
Step 3
Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
The selected unit will be permanently deleted from the system.
