Check-In Questions
Purpose
The Check-In Questions screen allows administrators to create and manage standardized questions used during OKR check-ins. These questions help employees, managers, and teams provide consistent updates on objective progress, challenges, achievements, and future plans during regular review cycles.
Check-in questions support structured progress reporting and improve the quality of OKR reviews across the organization.
Create
To create a new check-in question:
Step 1
Navigate to Settings within the OKR Module from the left sidebar menu.
Step 2
Select Check-In Questions and click the Add button.
Step 3
Enter the check-in question.
Step 4
Click Save to create the question.
The new question will become available during OKR check-in activities.
View
The Check-In Questions list displays all configured questions available for OKR check-ins.

Edit
To modify an existing check-in question:
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Check-In Questions within the OKR module.
Step 2
Locate the question to be updated and click Edit.
Step 3
Make the required changes.
Step 4
Click Save to apply the changes.
Updated questions will be reflected in future check-in activities.
Delete
To remove a check-in question:
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Check-In Questions within the OKR module.
Step 2
Locate the question to be removed and click Delete.
Step 3
Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
The selected question will be permanently deleted from the system.
