OKRs
Purpose
The OKRs screen is the central workspace for creating, managing, and tracking Objectives and Key Results across the organization. It supports Company, Department, and Personal OKRs, enabling organizations to align strategic goals, departmental initiatives, and individual performance within a unified framework.
Users can access and manage OKRs based on their assigned permissions.
Create
To create a new OKR:
Step 1
Navigate to OKRs within the OKR Module from the left sidebar.
Step 2
Click the Add button.
Step 3
Complete the required information:

Enter the Objective.

Select the Cycle.

Select the Category.

Select the Type:

Personal
-
Department
-
Company
-
-
Select the Person Assigned.

Select the Parent OKR.
-
Select the Parent Key Result.
-
Select the Display option:

Public
-
Private
-
-
Select the Reference OKR.
-
Add one or more Key Results.
-
Upload supporting Attachments if required.
Step 4
Click Save.
The OKR will be created and become available for tracking and check-ins according to its configuration.
View
The OKR list displays all accessible OKRs based on user permissions and visibility settings.

Edit
Only OKRs with an Unfinished status can be edited.
Completed or finished OKRs cannot be modified.
Step 1
Navigate to OKRs within the OKR module.
Step 2
Locate the OKR to be updated and click Edit.
Step 3
Make the necessary changes.
Step 4
Click Save.
The updated information will be reflected immediately throughout the OKR module.
Delete
To delete an OKR:
Step 1
Locate the OKR to be removed.
Step 2
Click Delete.
Step 3
Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
The selected OKR will be permanently deleted from the system.
Field Descriptions

| Category | The classification used to organize the OKR. |
| Type | Defines whether the OKR belongs to a Company, Department, or Individual. |
| Person Assigned | The user responsible for the OKR. |
| Parent OKR | The higher-level OKR to which this OKR is aligned. |
| Parent Key Result | The parent Key Result associated with this OKR. |
| Display | Determines whether the OKR is publicly visible or restricted. |
| Reference OKR | An existing OKR used as a reference for alignment or guidance. |
| Key Results | Measurable outcomes used to track achievement of the objective. |
| Attachment | Supporting documents or files related to the OKR. |

OKR Types
Personal OKRs

A responsible employee can be assigned.

The assigned employee is responsible for managing and checking in on the OKR.

Access and updates follow permission rules.
Department OKRs

A department must be selected.

Only employees within the assigned department who have OKR Check-In permission can perform check-ins.

Department OKRs support departmental goal alignment.
Company OKRs

Company-level objectives apply across the organization.

Only employees with Company OKR Check-In permission can perform check-ins.

Company OKRs are typically used for strategic organizational goals.
Parent-Child Alignment

An OKR can be linked to a Parent OKR.

An OKR can be linked to a Parent Key Result.

Parent relationships help align organizational goals across different levels.
Reference OKRs

Reference OKRs provide contextual guidance and alignment without creating a direct hierarchical relationship.
Visibility Rules
Public
-
The OKR is displayed in the OKR list.
-
Users with access to the OKR module can view the OKR.
Private
-
Only the creator can view the OKR.
-
Only the creator can perform check-ins on the OKR.
-
The OKR is hidden from other users regardless of department or assignment.
Status Behavior

Objective Progress
Objective progress is calculated based on the progress of the associated Key Results.
Key Result Progress
Each Key Result contributes to the overall achievement of the Objective based on its configured targets and progress updates.

Permissions

Important Notes

Users can only access OKRs according to their assigned permissions.

Private OKRs are visible only to the creator and can only be checked in by the creator.

Finished OKRs cannot be edited.
