OKR Detail

OKR Details

Purpose

The OKR Details screen provides a comprehensive view of an individual OKR, including its objective information, progress status, Key Results, related tasks, and check-in history.

This screen allows users to monitor OKR performance, manage associated activities, and review progress updates throughout the OKR lifecycle.


View

To view an OKR:

Step 1

Navigate to OKRs within the OKR Module from the left sidebar.

Step 2

Locate the required OKR.

Step 3

Click View.

The system displays detailed information organized into multiple tabs.


OKRs Tab

Purpose

The OKRs tab displays the core information and performance details of the selected OKR.

Users can review the objective, assigned ownership, alignment information, progress, and associated Key Results.

Information Displayed

Information Description
Objective The goal or outcome being pursued.
Cycle The planning period assigned to the OKR.
Category The classification assigned to the OKR.
Type Indicates whether the OKR is Company, Department, or Personal.
Assigned Person The employee responsible for the OKR.
Progress Displays the overall completion percentage of the OKR.
Main Results Displays all Key Results associated with the OKR.
Parent OKR The higher-level OKR linked to the current objective.
Parent Key Result The parent Key Result associated with the OKR.
Reference OKR The referenced OKR used for alignment purposes.
Attachments Supporting files and documentation linked to the OKR.

Calculations

Progress Calculation

The overall OKR progress is calculated based on the completion status and progress of its associated Key Results.

Key Result Contribution

Each Key Result contributes to the overall progress of the Objective according to its configured targets and updates.


Tasks Tab

Purpose

The Tasks tab allows users to manage tasks associated with the selected OKR.

Tasks help break down objectives into actionable activities and support execution throughout the OKR cycle.


Create

To create a new task:

Step 1

Open the Tasks tab.

Step 2

Click New Task.

Step 3

Enter the required task information.

Step 4

Save the task.

The task will be linked to the selected OKR.


View

The Tasks tab displays all tasks associated with the selected OKR.

Users can review:

  • Task Name

  • Assignee

  • Status

  • Due Date

  • Progress


Workflow Rules

  • Multiple tasks can be associated with a single OKR.

  • Tasks support execution and achievement of Key Results.

  • Task completion may be used by employees as supporting evidence during check-ins and reviews.


Check-In Tab

Purpose

The Check-In tab displays the complete check-in history for the selected OKR.

Check-ins provide periodic progress updates and allow organizations to monitor OKR execution and performance over time.


View

The Check-In tab displays:

  • Check-In Date

  • Employee

  • Progress Updates

  • Evaluation Responses

  • Comments

  • Check-In History


Workflow Rules

  • Check-ins can only be performed by users with appropriate OKR Check-In permissions.

  • Check-in records are maintained as historical data for performance tracking and reporting.

  • Check-in history provides visibility into progress trends and achievement status throughout the OKR cycle.

  • Check-in records support performance reviews, reporting, and OKR evaluations.


Synchronization

OKR Detail information is synchronized with:

  • Objectives

  • Key Results

  • Tasks

  • Check-Ins

  • Employees

  • Departments

  • Reports

  • Dashboards

  • Notifications

  • Activity Logs


Permissions

Permission Description
View Allows users to access and view OKR details.
Check-In Allows users to submit progress updates for authorized OKRs.
Task Management Allows users to manage tasks associated with authorized OKRs.

Important Notes

  • Progress displayed in the OKR Details screen reflects the latest Key Result updates.

  • Tasks are directly associated with the selected OKR and support execution tracking.

  • Check-in history cannot be modified once recorded unless permitted by system configuration.

  • Visibility of OKR details, tasks, and check-ins is controlled by user permissions and OKR visibility settings.

  • Historical check-in data is retained for reporting, auditing, and performance evaluation purposes.
