Purpose of the Interview Calendar View
The Interview Calendar View provides a visual overview of all scheduled interviews in a calendar format.
It helps HR teams and interviewers easily track upcoming interviews and manage schedules.
The calendar view is used for planning and coordination, not for creating or editing interviews.
What the Calendar View Shows
The Interview Calendar View displays:

Interview dates and times

Scheduled interview sessions

Assigned interviewers
-
Linked candidates and campaigns
Each interview appears on the calendar based on its scheduled date and time.
How to Access the Calendar View
To access the interview calendar:

Go to Recruitment → Interview Schedule

Switch to the Calendar View option

Review interviews by date
The calendar updates automatically as interview schedules are added or changed.
How to Use the Calendar View

For detailed interview information or changes, open the individual interview schedule.
Access Control
