Depending on permissions assigned, you can:

  • View recruitment campaigns related to your department

  • Access candidate profiles for assigned roles

  • View interview schedules

  • Submit evaluation forms and ratings

  • Review candidate interview history


Your Typical Workflow

For each hiring request:

  1. Review the recruitment requirement shared by HR

  2. Check shortlisted candidate profiles

  3. Attend scheduled interviews

  4. Complete evaluation forms after interviews

  5. Share feedback with HR

Final hiring decisions are managed by HR.


What You Cannot Do

Hiring Managers cannot:

  • Create or edit recruitment plans

  • Launch or close recruitment campaigns

  • Change candidate status directly

  • Transfer candidates to HR Records

  • Modify recruitment settings

These actions are handled by HR Admin users.

  • Review candidate profiles before interviews
