How Recruitment Works in Thulo (Simple Flow)

Recruitment in Thulo follows this sequence:

Plan → Campaign → Candidate → Interview → Evaluation → Selection → Onboarding → HR Transfer

You will follow this same flow every time you hire.

Step 1: Complete Basic Setup (One-Time)

Before starting recruitment, make sure these are configured:

  1. Job Positions
Define the roles you hire for (e.g., Accountant, Sales Executive).

  2. Skills
Add key skills used for candidate evaluation.

  3. Company & Industry List
Set up company and industry information if applicable.

  4. Recruitment Settings
Review general recruitment settings and notifications.

  5. Evaluation Criteria & Forms
Prepare how candidates will be assessed during interviews.

  6. Recruitment Channels
Set up how candidates will apply (career forms, internal sources).

This setup is done once and reused for all hiring.

Step 2: Create Your First Recruitment Plan

A recruitment plan defines:

  • What role you are hiring for

  • How many people you need

  • Why the hiring is required

  • The expected hiring period

Create at least one recruitment plan before moving forward.

Step 3: Launch a Recruitment Campaign

A recruitment campaign:

  • Publishes the job opening

  • Collects applications

  • Tracks hiring progress

Only campaigns marked as In Progress accept applications.

Step 4: Receive and Manage Candidates

Candidates will:

  • Apply through the Recruitment Portal, or

  • Be added manually by HR

You can:

  • Review candidate profiles

  • Update candidate status

  • Prepare candidates for interviews

Step 5: Schedule Interviews & Evaluate Candidates

For shortlisted candidates:

  • Schedule interviews

  • Assign interviewers

  • Use evaluation forms to record feedback

  • Rate candidates consistently

All interview and evaluation history is stored in the candidate profile.

Step 6: Select, Onboard, and Transfer to HR

Once a candidate is selected:

  • Complete onboarding steps

  • Transfer the candidate to HR Records

After transfer, recruitment for that candidate is complete.
