OKR Dashboard

Purpose

The OKR Dashboard provides a visual overview of organizational OKR performance and progress. It displays key metrics, trends, and performance indicators using charts and summary statistics, allowing users to quickly monitor the status of Company, Department, and Personal OKRs.

The dashboard helps management and employees track progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on real-time OKR data.

Users can access the dashboard based on their assigned permissions.

View

To access the dashboard:

Step 1

Navigate to Dashboard within the OKR Module from the left sidebar.

The dashboard displays performance data in charts and summary widgets.

Dashboard Components

Progress Overview

Displays the overall progress of active OKRs across the organization.

This Week

Displays OKR performance and progress data for the current week.

Last Week

Displays OKR performance and progress data for the previous week.

This Month

Displays OKR performance and progress data for the current month.

Last Month

Displays OKR performance and progress data for the previous month.

Additional Time-Based Analytics

Depending on available data, the dashboard may display additional trend analysis and performance comparisons over different periods.

Workflow Rules

• Dashboard information is generated automatically from OKR records and check-in activities.

• Data updates whenever OKRs, Key Results, or Check-Ins are updated.

• Dashboard visibility is controlled by user permissions.

• Users can only view information they are authorized to access.

• Private OKRs are displayed according to the system's visibility and permission rules.

Calculations

OKR Progress

Progress values displayed on the dashboard are calculated from the associated Key Results of each OKR.

Time-Based Statistics

Weekly and monthly statistics are calculated using OKR activities and progress updates recorded during the selected time period.

Trend Analysis

Charts compare performance across different periods to identify increases, decreases, and overall progress trends.

Synchronization

Dashboard data is synchronized with:
