What Candidate Rating Is Used For
Candidate Rating is used to:

Record interview scores based on evaluation criteria

Candidate ratings become part of the candidate’s recruitment history.

How To Rate a Candidate

Go to Recruitment → Interview Schedule

Open the completed Interview Schedule
-
Select the option to Rate Candidate
-
Fill in scores for each Evaluation Criterion
-
Add Remarks or Comments if required
-
Submit the evaluation
The rating is saved to the candidate profile.

- Step 1. Create Evaluation form at evaluation form setting.
- Step 2. Go to candidate detail -> Click Rate button.
- Step 3. In the Rate popup, fill in the required details -> click Save
The data after being saved will be displayed at the Capacity Profile tab
Note: When the candidate is not in any recruitment campaign, you cannot be evaluated.
