Work Shift Table
Purpose
The Work Shift Table provides a monthly calendar view of employee work schedules across the organization.
This screen displays all assigned shifts for employees and serves as a centralized schedule management and monitoring tool. The information displayed in the Work Shift Table is automatically generated from shift assignments created in the Shifts screen.
Managers and administrators can use this screen to:

The Work Shift Table is a view of existing shift assignments and does not create shift schedules directly.
View
To view employee work schedules:
Step 1: Open Work Shift Table

Navigate to Timesheets & Leave from the left sidebar.

Select Work Shift Table.
Step 2: Select a Month

Choose the month you want to view.

The system loads all employee shift schedules for the selected period.
Step 3: Review Shift Assignments

View employee schedules displayed in a calendar-style table.

Review assigned shifts for each day of the selected month.
The displayed information is automatically generated from configured shift assignments.
Field Descriptions
| Field | Description |

| Employee | The employee whose work schedule is being displayed. |
| Month | The selected calendar month used to display shift assignments. |
| Shift Schedule | Assigned shift category displayed for a specific date. |
| Date Column | Represents each day within the selected month. |
| Shift Category | The shift template assigned to the employee for a specific date. |
| No Shift | Indicates that no shift has been assigned for the specified date. |
