Late for Work Request
Purpose
The Late for Work Request feature allows employees to notify management and request approval when they expect to arrive later than their scheduled shift start time.
This request type provides a formal process for recording and approving anticipated late arrivals. Employees can submit the expected arrival time, explain the reason for the delay, and attach supporting documentation when necessary.
Once approved, the request is recorded within the Attendance & Leave Management module and displayed on the employee's timesheet with the symbol L (Late for Work).
This feature helps organizations maintain accurate attendance records while providing visibility into authorized late arrivals.
