Customers Area
If you wish to disable the Knowledge Base in the customer area:
- Navigate to Setup -> Settings -> Customers.
- Set Use Knowledge Base to No.
Staff Members
- Granting staff members Knowledge Base View (Global) permissions allows access to internal knowledge base articles.
- To restrict access for specific staff members, do not grant Knowledge Base View (Global) permissions.
Note: Enabled knowledge base in the customer area allows all visitors access to articles.
