Creating a New Knowledge Base Article

  1. Navigate to Articles:

    • From the main menu, go to "Knowledge Base" and click "New Article."
  2. Article Details:

    • Enter a Subject for the article.
    • Assign the article to a specific group such as Hosting or Domains.
    • Check Internal Article for staff-only access, ensuring staff have VIEW permissions.
    • Use Disabled to temporarily hide the article.
    • Add an Article Description using the rich TinyMCE editor.
  3. Save:

    • After creation, each article will have a unique slug for direct access.

This setup allows organized and accessible knowledge base management in Thulo Cloud.
