Viewing and Adding Timesheets

This article explains how to view and add timesheets for project tasks in Thulo Cloud.

Accessing Project Timesheets:

  1. Navigate to the desired project and click on the "Timesheets" tab.

Viewing Existing Timesheets:

  • This section displays a list of all timesheets associated with the project.
  • You can view and sort timesheets based on their status (in progress, stopped).
  • Each timesheet is linked to a specific staff member and project task.

Adding a New Timesheet Manually:

  1. While on the "Timesheets" tab, click the "Timesheet" button.
  2. In the pop-up window:
    • Select the start and end time for the timesheet using the calendar.
    • Choose the task this timesheet will be linked to.
    • Select the staff member who worked on the task. (By default, the logged-in user is automatically selected.)

Permissions and Staff Selection:

  • Users with "EDIT" or "CREATE" permissions for projects can select any staff member from the dropdown menu when adding a timesheet.
  • Users without these permissions can only select themselves as the staff member for the timesheet.

By effectively managing timesheets, you can accurately track project time and ensure proper billing for your clients.
