Streamlined Invoice Creation with Project Linking:
Thulo Cloud allows you to directly link invoices to projects during invoice creation, eliminating the need to navigate to the project area first.
Steps:
- Go to Menu > Sales > Invoices and click Create New Invoice.
- Select the customer associated with the project.
- A dropdown menu with linked projects will appear below the customer selection field. (This dropdown will be hidden if no projects are associated with the chosen customer.)
- Choose the relevant project from the dropdown menu.
- Configure your invoice details as needed (items, pricing, etc.).
- Save the invoice.
Verifying the Link:
- Navigate to the project area and click on the project, go to Sales -> Invoices.
- You will see the newly created invoice listed and associated with the selected project.
