Clearing the website cache ensures that the most recent updates and changes are properly reflected on the website. Please follow the steps below to clear the cache from your admin dashboard.
Step 1: Log in to the Dashboard
First, log in to your website admin dashboard using your authorized login credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Administration Section
After successfully logging in, you will see the Dashboard interface.
From the left-hand navigation menu, locate and click on Administration.
Within this section, you will find multiple configuration options related to the website system.
Step 3: Open Website Cache Settings
Inside the Administration panel, navigate to the Website & System Configuration section.
From the available options, click on Website Cache Settings.

Step 4: Locate the Cache Identity Section
After opening the Cache Settings page, scroll to find the Cache Identity section.
Step 5: Clear All Cache
To clear all cached data at once, click on the Clear All Kind of Cache button.

Step 6: Cache Successfully Cleared
Once you click Clear All Kind of Cache, the system will automatically clear all stored cache files.
This ensures that the latest website updates, design changes, and content modifications are properly reflected on the live website.
