Lead Sources

You will always need a way to know where your leads are coming from.

  1. Adding New Sources:

    • Go to Setup -> Leads -> Sources and add a new source based on your needs.

  2. Setting Default Lead Source:

    • Navigate to Setup -> Settings -> Leads to set up the default lead source.

  3. Assigning Sources to Leads:

    • You can assign a specific source to each lead to track their origin. This helps in identifying which sources generate the most leads converted to clients when generating reports.

  4. Default Source Usage:

    • The default lead source automatically populates the source field when creating a new lead, ensuring consistency in data entry.
