Creating New Customers:
- Access the Customers Menu: Log in to your Thulo Cloud dashboard and navigate to the "Customers" section.
- Click "New Customer": Locate the "New Customer" button on the left side of the screen.
Customer Profile Details:
- Permissions: Define the access level your customer will have within the customer portal (e.g., enabling or disabling the support system).
- Billing & Shipping: Enter billing and shipping information for invoices and estimates.

Once created, your customer can access their account at the link which you can get by navigating to "My Account" -> "Overview" where you will find two links. The link without the admin url is the one customer can use to access the login portal.
